How it started
Glowfinder grew out of Hauntfinder, our Halloween map in Mount Olive. When October ended, families asked where the lights were. So we built the winter version, starting in Mount Olive and Budd Lake and growing town by town.
What we promise
- Free for families, hosts, schools and shops. No ads that look like listings.
- Every tradition sits side by side. Nothing is the default.
- No rankings and no winners. A We visited count is all we keep.
- Hosts choose to show a street or an exact address.
- We never collect money. Giving goes straight to the organizer.

We hung lights on the porch for the first time this year. A family we had never met stopped, and their kids wanted to count every one. That was the best night of the season.
